MTA App

Spring 2025

In this solo project, I redesigned the MTA app’s map interface to improve wayfinding. By adding tappable station markers and a visual system for multi-line transfers, I made it easier for users to understand their travel options at a glance. The result is a more intuitive, action-driven experience that supports both locals and tourists navigating NYC’s complex subway system. Although my project was created for a class, the MTA design team would later arrive at a similar solution in their own redesign of station functionality.

BetterHelp

Spring 2025

In this team project, we tackled BetterHelp’s onboarding friction. Our UX solution introduced a “save and return” system that broke down the intake process by topic, paired with clear navigation cues. This approach gave users more agency and flexibility, elements we felt were critical for a platform focused on emotional wellbeing. I contributed to information architecture, prototyping, and usability testing.
